TANTRA AND THE SEXUAL ENERGY

Many systems of spirituality deny the body, desire and eroticism.Tantra accepts the body as sacred, desire and transcendence bridge and sex as a source of pleasure, meditation and spiritual ecstasy. It begins with the body, which needs to address several aspects to be healthy, to have greater energy flow and thus vibrate in harmony with the universe that is a large body. It is getting into life in heart and soul without being fragmented with the mind in dualities. Do not create either good or evil, but right and natural. Trying to induce the individual to be free from any bondage and psycho-emotional repression, and be himself, from the inner self (Atma), not the false personality, the ego (Ahamkara).
